You retain ownership of your original video content but grant C Editor a limited license to process your files solely to provide our video editing services.

4. Free and Premium Plans

C Editor offers a free video editor plan with core features and optional premium subscription plans with advanced AI tools, higher export quality, and additional storage. Premium plan terms, pricing, and billing cycles are outlined during checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your account settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

C Editor's video editing software and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our online video editor will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with all devices. Use of our services is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C Editor Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our video editing software, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for our services in the prior three months.

7. Changes to Terms

C Editor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of our online video editor and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of C Editor's video editing software or services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
